Meet Chef Tadd Anthony

Originally from the Great Lakes region, Chef Tadd Anthony brings over two decades of experience and refined culinary craftsmanship to every kitchen he enters. His professional journey began in his teenage years, when he discovered a love for cooking that would shape his future. He went on to graduate with honors from Le Cordon Bleu’s Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2009, laying a strong foundation for his culinary career.

Driven to broaden his culinary perspective, he later traveled to the Philippines to study modern Asian fusion under world-renowned Chef Jordy Navarra, owner of Toyo Eatery—recognized by San Pellegrino’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Following his return to the U.S., Chef Tadd's journey has woven through diverse regions and cuisines across the country. He has served as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Restaurant Consultant, and Personal Chef, embracing each role with creativity and precision. Fully owning his talent and originality has allowed him to deliver innovative, high-quality, and fully customizable dining experiences tailored to each client.

Now proudly serving the greater St. Augustine area, Chef Tadd offers personalized culinary services for both private and commercial clients. His offerings include restaurant consulting, in-home cooking classes, intimate dinner parties, and much more—each crafted with passion, skill, and a commitment to excellence.
